Payment Terms

Phase 1

Advance Booking

An Advance payment of 25% + GST @ 18% extra has to be paid at the time of booking.

Phase 2

Balance Payment

Balance 75% + GST @ 18% extra of the stall cost has to be paid 30 days before the exhibition.

Payment should be made along with the contract form duly filled-in by way of D.D / Crossed Cheque payable at Chennai, in favor of Prompt Trade Fairs India Pvt. Ltd.
No contract form will be entertained without advance payment.
